Crystal has been an integral part of LedgerLogix and TP4 Capital Advisors since their inception, bringing a wealth of experience in education, coaching, bookkeeping, accounting, and small business ownership. As the CFO Advisor, she plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day activities and ensuring the seamless execution of strategic initiatives. Crystal has successfully led numerous projects that have streamlined operations and improved efficiency across the board. Her highly organized and driven approach guarantees excellence in every task she undertakes.
Crystal studied Criminal Justice and Pre-law at Northern Kentucky University, equipping her with a strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset. Her leadership style is characterized by a commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment, which has been instrumental in driving team success.
Born and raised in Northern Kentucky, she now resides in Tampa, Florida, with her husband Chad and their two children. Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending quality time with her family, indulging in her love for reading, and exploring her passion for photography.
