Mandi Phipps

Mandi Phipps is an award-winning finance leader with more than 20 years of experience guiding financial strategy and operations across a range of industries, with a particular focus on dealership environments. She partners closely with leadership teams to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights that drive performance, improve profitability, and support long-term growth.

Throughout her career, Mandi has led financial reporting, budgeting, and operational planning efforts, helping organizations identify opportunities, responded quickly to market trends, and implement strategies that strengthen overall business value. She is known for her ability to simplify complex financial information, bring structure to decision-making, and align financial goals with day-to-day operations.

A Cincinnati native, Mandi attended the University of Cincinnati with aspirations of becoming an educator and began her career at Fifth Third Bank, where she discovered her passion for finance and accounting. She later expanded her expertise by earning a degree in Human Resource Management, further strengthening her ability to support both the financial and people sides of a business.

Outside of work, Mandi is a dedicated wife and mother of four daughters. She enjoys spending time on her family’s farm, attending football and lacrosse events, deepening her faith, and staying active in her community.
